I have really enjoyed using this book and the recipes inside so far after trying several of the recipes for lunch and dinner I have re-kindled my love of delicious chicken once again. Very basic but I learned some great tips for cooking tasty chicken and will be incorporating some of these dishes into my diet. I love that I can prepare quickly with Chicken for Indian and Chinese dishes and a few others as well. Plus the bonus ideas at the end were very helpful thanks again. Never seen a pasta recipe that would take so long! Wish I could get my time back!
I don't need to take many words to say this is a great single recipe book. Healthy eating and a clear path to get there. Change out the noodles for gluten free modification! Looking forward to giving this one a try!
This author did a great job showing step-by-step how to make the recipe featured. He also included information about chicken and how to use it and other ingredients in other recipes. I liked how there were pictures with each step. There are also some bonus recipes to try. The cookie recipe he included is one of my family favorites.

I like the idea of step by step photo cookbooks where you can see all steps and directions how to prepare a meal, without any confusion. I already have many recipes from this author and I believe this one will come out very good.
I shouldn't really call this a single-recipe book since the author gives variations that will make quite different recipes. This is a well-written book that clearly describes the steps to take to make this chicken and pasta dish. The pictures are clear, the steps are easy. When you are done, you will have a wonderful meal.
